Shipping

What are your delivery times?

I try to pack orders twice a week but still it can happen it will take up to 5 business days for your order to arrive.

Yes, I take a bit longer compared to other webshops but since I am running a one man webshop next to being a graphic designer and arts teacher I cannot pack orders every day.

If you need your order as soon as possible leave a comment when ordering and I will make sure your order arrives before the day you need it.

Also it can happen that I am out of stock of a particular print you just ordered. In this case I will get in touch with you to let you know I first need to do a reprint and sent the print over as soon as I am finished printing.

How much will shipping cost?

Paying for shipping sucks, I know. That is why I have decided that all orders with a subtotal above 60 euro's are free in the European Union.

The shipping costs for all orders with a subtotal below 60 euro's are calculated during checkout depending on size and country, this includes worldwide shipping.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, I ship worldwide. But depending on where you live shipping might be expensive.

Worldwide shipping costs are calculated during check. Sometimes I do free shipping discounts so keep an eye out for that.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

Just send me an email that you want to cancel your order and I will give you further instructions regarding cancelling (and returning the prints).

Be sure to let me know as soon as possible about that you have changed your mind about your purchase. This will keep me from making unnecessary shipping costs.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Oops, sorry for that one, my bad! If you have received the wrong print please get in touch by mail and I will make sure you get the intended print as soon as possible and provide you the address to which you can return the wrong print.

My order arrived damaged

Despite my best efforts to package my prints the best way possible it happens that the print is damaged during transport. It happens.

Just send me an email with a picture of the damaged prints and I will get in touch soon with a solution to replace your damaged print.

I forgot to pick up my order at the service point

No worries, this happens to the best of us. In this case the carrier will return the print to me and I will refund your money once the print makes it back my studio.

Product

How do I return my product?

The best way to return a print is to use the packaging the print came in. This way the print will hopefully make it back to my studio in one piece. Be sure to use some tape and reseal the box or tube.

If you have already thrown out the original packaging I suggest you find something similar. Be sure to stick the right label on the box or tube and use my studio address to return the print to.

Return address:
Studio Turbo, Veemarkt Kade 8, 5222AE, Den Bosch, The Netherlands.

How do I care for my product?

The best thing you can do for your prints is to keep them out of the sun. All prints, inks and papers do not like direct sun light. Over time UV light destroys the pigments in the inks and yellows the fibers in the paper.

Usually this takes a while but some inks are more susceptible UV damage. Bright neon inks for example do not hold up very long against direct sunlight. Keep that in mind when placing your in your interior.

If you really want to enjoy your print as long as possible be sure to buy a frame with UV filtering glass.

There is a stain on my print

Sometimes a print with some minor staining will slip through my check.

Usually the prints with some sort of staining are Riso prints. This is due to the automated rubber band that feeds the paper into the printer. These stains will look like a 2 cm band of thin lines around 2 millimeter apart from each other. If you think this is the case use a natural rubber eraser and carefully rub away the stains without touching parts of the print that need to stay.

If you have an offset print or screen print with stains, spots or any other form of damage, send me a picture and I will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution or replacement option.

I have another question

If this FAQ did not help you to the answer you were looking for feel free to reach out.

Shoot me a message on Instagram, send me an email or use the contact form on the website to get in touch and I will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you do internships?

Yes! I do but it really depends on your profile as a designer and how long your internship is going to take.

BUT! Currently my studio is quite busy and I am on the road a lot. To me these conditions are not ideal to give you the best internship experience possible so chances are quite big I will turn down your internship request.

Still I invite you to send over your motivation and portfolio, because you never know :)

Do you sell digital files?

Nope. And I never will because I do not want my print files to end up on the Internet for free.
